We first met John Blindauer when making an offer on a vacant country lot as he was the Realtor representing the seller. We didn't get that lot but we were impressed with John's honesty and knowledge of rural property so we hired him as a buyer's representative. He was very helpful in coordinating our lot purchase and making sure all contingencies were satisfied, even though we were out of town at the time.
